I made the concessions menu today , the kids refuse to pay! What's up with that?? They are so spoiled LOL! It's just for show I really wouldn't charge anyone! I think it came out nice I was hoping to use the Cricut for this project but it ended up being easier to just print everything out.

New Additions!
The movie room is coming along nicely and we have two new additions that I am excited about! The 1st is a marquee box we made using a 9" x 20" shadow box, a 12" strand of rope lights and a printout a guy made for us using Photo Shop. It looks so nice all lit up!
Next is a Craigslist find which is our new Old Fashioned Popcorn Maker it was a STEAL at only $100.00 with the cart! It stands over 5' tall with the machine on top. The kids LOVED watching the popcorn pop, they wanted to fill the whole thing LOL!

Anyways I just wanted to share our excitement and thank you all for following and giving your opinions!

Sadly our local Movie Gallery store went out of business and were giving away all of there store fixtures for free. We picked up these displays to use for our games and movies. I love them! The old ones we had the movies would fall off when the kids would bump into them. Here is a pic of our before displays:

Our Theater Themed Living Room
Here are some beginning photos of our theater themed living room, the kids are loving this new theme! Here is the before picture:.jpg)
And here it is after:
I bought those speakers from a guy on Craigslist they are old school 80's Cerwin Vega's that I painted black and red, they sound awesome!
I used Scal to cut out the 3 filmstrips they were cut at 22.75" X 10.71", you can find the file here
I downloaded this free font "Hollywood Hills" and cut the letters at 3.48" X 5.11", found here
I used Century Gothic for the Director and Producer mirrors. Here are a few closeups of them:
I made these cool Now Showing and Now Playing stands to hold the cases while they are being used because in my house my children are always losing them!
So tell me what you all think! Honest opinions please we haven't had any visitor's since the redo so now is a good time to know if something needs changing.

Wiper Card w/ Cricut Lite Live Simply Cart
Well I picked up 1 of the new Cricut Lite Carts called Live Simply and used it to make this wiper card. It was very easy to make, I got the idea from Splitcoaststampers, you can find the tutorial here. I really like the new box and booklet mainly because most of my books pages stick. But anyways here is what the inside of the new carts look like. They come with 30 reward points but when I went to redeem it I actually got 50 points! Woo hoo!! This cart would be good for you if you like layering but I would recommend cutting larger as my butterfly on the wiper card had some really small cuts.
